1) There is an exterior doorbell camera on the property. Covering or disconnecting will incur a separate fee. 2) No parties or large gatherings are permitted per the City of North Charleston. 3) No pets are allowed. 4) NO SMOKING is allowed ANYWHERE on the property. SMOKING on the property will incur an extra fee. 5) The Smart TVs are all Amazon Alexa enabled as well as a free-standing Alexa device in the common kitchen area for your convenience. If you decide to disconnect any, please reconnect them prior to check-out.

Guests can park up to two mid-sized vehicles in the driveway. Due to local Short Term Rental regulations, street parking and blocking of sidewalks are strictly prohibited for any STR property. Park Circle is a fairly walkable area. If you're opting for a ride share, you should have no problem getting a Lyft or Uber ride.
